Looky Looky, Here Comes . . .

an almost finish!

Ta Da! 

All my Carolina blocks are connected.



Three borders and this one is moving to my Lifetime Quilt List.   I'm so glad I stayed with that sashing, I like it and think it will look even better once the borders are on, which should be by Friday, stop back by!

  9. Another beautiful quilt Thelma ... and yes I think with the borders on it will be totally stunning. Very impressed - is that 25 blocks? That is a lot of work! Completely worth it though x

  11. Love the sashing. The checkerboard effect is just wonderful and it sets the Carolina blocks off beautifully. A great one to cross off your lifetime list.

  14. WORD!!!! Absolutely beautiful!! Will you use it on a bed or display? Dang, you make me want to do each one you do (even though we do have quite a few of the same patterns done). Nope, I don't miss those handles one little bit!!
