I love this Schnibbles!
Thanks Sinta and Sherri for another great Schnibbles Sew Along. I can hardly wait to see what's up next!
it is beautiful as expected have a great weekend thelma
ReplyDeleteAdorable!
ReplyDeleteIt came together very nicely! I hope Sinta and Sherri host another Schnibbles event next year...maybe I'll join in :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice, Thelma! I really like the soft colored sashing.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely! The Fig Tree fabrics made up very nicely and I like the "extra" designs in your baskets.
ReplyDeleteSeptember is a short month. They should announce the next pattern now! lol
WOW, it's great!!! Love your fabric choices too.
ReplyDeleteI also keep meaning to mention that I love how you have kept track of "lifetime quilt #". Back when I started making quilts I just never thought to journal them so quilts have been made and given away and I have no record of them....great job by you!

So pretty. I'm convinced that any quilt made from Fig Tree fabrics will be beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! Love the soft colors.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Happy Cottage Quilter - Just Beautiful!!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, it is just splendid, Thelma. I realize what I really like about your quilts: So often you take the pattern as a STARTING PLACE, as an inspiration, a suggestion. You don't just do what the pattern calls for; rather, you put yourself into it and make it YOURS. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteYour quilt is gorgeous! I just love that each block is so fun to look at!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as ever Thelma - the creamy yellow sashing is perfect with these pretty baskets. Another lovely quilt for you to hang in your home!
ReplyDeleteAnother great finish Thelma! Love it !
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Thelma.
ReplyDeleteHow long have you been quilting to be at 114 now? I've gone back and numbered all my quilts since I think it's a great idea.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job as usual. I think it looks great at this bigger size!
ReplyDeleteLove this quilt! So fun and cheery. Can't wait to see the parade this month.
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing! You get so much done and so quickly! I love this quilt! I really like your style!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Thelma.
ReplyDeleteWonderful !
ReplyDeleteWho knew there could be so many beautiful baskets on one quilt! How do you ever get so much done? Do tell us more of your cleaning secrets so we can all sew more!! Looks bigger than the original also. Do you send them all out for quilting? Love how you changed it up.
ReplyDeleteI've gotten out my Halloween 1904 pattern and fabrics. When I went home from Florida last time, I went by way of 95 then through SC - looking at that license tag got me thinking of the dreaded C/Moon block....as it is on their tags. Do you suppose it was for a spooky eclipse??? Where did you find your cute owl? I'm going to try and think of something.
It's charming, Thelma. I live it.
ReplyDeleteThat looks fabulous, Thelma. Good job! Especially with the individual block centers.
ReplyDeleteAh, so lovely. I won't be doing this month as it just got away from me, but lovely to see yours all done. I do have a question for your about your Lifetime Quilt List. I won't let myself put one up until it is done done done (binding, label, etc), but I've noticed that you don't have that constriction. Is your list then more a catalogue of quilts and quilt tops? Or do you list it, then finish it? I don't know anyone besides you and I who are doing this and I want to do a blog post about it. Should we do it the same day and cross-link to each other? (Just a thought)
ReplyDeleteBTW, I saw a quilt at the Temecula Quilt Company in her Red/White show that had its own label, with a space for the number of quilt it was. Have you thought about doing this? (I have!)
